Located on the south coast in the seaside town of Bognor Regis, this new build house utilises the garage space of a large dwelling. At this early feasibility stage, we have tested different briefs on the site from a family home, to a holiday let, and explored massing and site options. We have produced a thorough feasibility report covering planning, design and technical aspects. 

Sketches are used to communicate and develop ideas about orientation, views and materials, engaging with the client in a design dialogue from the outset of the project.
